What is a podiatrist?
A podiatrist is a doctor of podiatric medicine (DPM), a physician and surgeon who treats the foot, ankle, and lower leg. A podiatrist can treat people of all ages.
Why seek the help of a podiatrist?
What do we do?
The most common foot/ankle/leg issues we tend to are: ingrown toenails, blisters, warts, corns, calluses, bunions, nail infections, foot infections, odorous feet, heel pain, heel spurs, dry/cracked heel skin, flat feet, hammer toes, neuromas, sprains, arthritis, foot injuries, and foot ligament and muscle pain. We also help diagnose the causes for leg, ankle, and foot swelling and cramping. We can help you figure out the source of your numbness, burning, and tingling in your feet/legs. We also provide wound care services in the office while helping your address if there are any underlying circulation issues.
